I. Return Period
The buyer may apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.

After the specified period, no-reason returns will not be supported.

II. Return Conditions (Opened goods can also be returned)

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

Unused (no water stains, no odor, no signs of use);
Intact packaging (including accessories, instructions, etc.);
Does not affect resale;
Valid order information provided.

III. Returns for Quality Issues
Returns or exchanges can be applied for if the following conditions exist:
Severe leakage
Damage or deformation
Missing accessories
Please provide photos or videos as proof within 48 hours of signing for receipt;
After verification, return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

IV. Returns for Non-Quality Issues
For returns due to personal reasons (dislike, wrong purchase, etc.):
Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer;
Opened goods may incur a handling fee (e.g., 5%–10%).

Unused goods with damaged packaging may affect the refund amount.

V. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Used or showing obvious signs of use;
Damage caused by human error (dropping, crushing, etc.);
Exceeding the return period;
Incomplete accessories or severely damaged packaging;
Returned items without prior consent.

VI. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return request;
Provide relevant proof (photos/videos/order number);
Obtain the return address after approval;
Send the returned item back and provide the tracking number;
Refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt confirmation.

VII. Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned to your original payment account;
If the order used a discount, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid;
Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-quality issues.

VIII. Special Notes
Please keep the item clean to avoid hygiene issues affecting returns;
It is recommended to keep the original packaging for at least 7 days;
The buyer is responsible for any damage caused during transportation due to improper packaging.
