Logistics and Delivery Instructions

I. Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after successful payment (excluding holidays); For pre-sale or special items, the shipping time is as indicated on the page; In case of special circumstances (inventory adjustments, weather, etc.), the shipping time may be delayed.
II. Domestic Logistics and Delivery

Signing for Delivery: Please check the packaging for damage upon receipt; If there is any damage, please take photos immediately and contact customer service.
III. International Logistics and Delivery

Delays due to customs clearance are not the seller’s responsibility.
IV. Logistics Tracking
A tracking number will be provided after shipment;
The buyer can check the delivery progress through the logistics company’s official website or platform;
Delays in updating international logistics information may occur, which is normal.
V. Handling Abnormal Situations
Delays: In the event of delays due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, holidays, or customs inspections, we will assist in follow-up but will not be liable for compensation.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If you confirm loss or serious damage during the logistics process, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
VI. Address and Responsibility for Receipt
The buyer must ensure that the delivery address and contact information are accurate. Any costs incurred due to incorrect address resulting in delivery failure or return will be borne by the buyer. Receipt of the goods is considered as safe delivery.
VII. Special Notes
Portable water bottles are daily necessities; slight compression of the outer packaging may occur during transportation, which will not affect use.
